Description
This handwritten postcard, dated April 29, 1943 is written from W. N. Bogan Jr. at Camp Shelby in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to his father, W. N. Bogan in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The letter describes his trip to Camp Shelby, who he's seen there, and how he's settling in. The back of the postcard is postmarked Camp Shelby, Mississippi, April 29, 1943 and a green preprinted one cent Jefferson U. S. Postal Card image is in the upper right of the card.
