Description

In this letter, dated November 10, 1945, James Franklin Buchanan writes to his collective family to updated the on how things are going and what he'd doing in Marseille, France while he's stationed there. He gives them a "resume" of the mail he's received and updates them on when he hopes to be able to leave.
