Description
This color postcard features a pond, trees, bushes and other landscaping in the garden at St. Augustine's Seminary. A seagull is depicted as being perched on a stone feature in the pond. The title in the upper middle of the card read "Garden at St. Augustine's Seminary." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for stamp placement. The description at the top left corner reads "Garden at St. Augustine's Seminary Bay St. Louis, Miss. Conducted by the Society of Devine Word, for the training of young men for priesthood and religious brother-hood." "1.50" is written in pencil along the top of the card.
