Description

This postcard features a black and white image of the Pickwick Hotel in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The two story hotel features a front porch and a second story balcony that wrap around the sides of the building. The hotel sits behind several large trees with some benches and other outdoor seating on the either side of the sidewalk that leads to the entrance. The title of the card is printed along the bottom of the image. The back of the card is addressed to Mr. Fred S. Welzill in Castonia, North Carolina. The card is postmarked Montgomery, Alabama, July 19, 1907 and Castonia, North Carolina, July 20, 1907 and a red, two cent George Washington postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner of the card.
