A horse drawn buggy at the railroad crossing sign and person on foot across from it are seen passing under the partially lowered railroad arms. A man in a striped shirt and top hat is seen leaning on a fence on the left side of the street near the railroad crossing. The buildings beyond are large, two story structures and the building closest to the railroad crossing has arched windows and thick trim. Utility poles and trees are sein on the sides of the street.
