Description
This postcard features a large oak covered in Spanish moss in Biloxi, Mississippi. The oak stands in front of a white picket fence with green lawn in front and houses behind it. A man is depicted leaning against the tree with a bicycle in front of him. The title of the card is printed in small blue ink along the bottom left edge of the card and the publisher's name is printed in the lower right edge. the back of the card is addressed to Mr. Leon Zenier in New Orleans, Louisiana. The card is postmarked Biloxi, Miss., March 6, 1909 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner. An inscription is written in shorthand on the left half of the card.
