Description
This black and white postcard features a large three story building with a tall tower in the center. The entrance and the tower windows are arched and two chimneys are visible on the left side of the roof. Early twentieth century cars are parked in front of the building and a tree is seen to the left. The title along the bottom reads "Macon High School, Macon, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for correspondence and address placement. The card is postmarked Macon, Mississippi, October 3, 1929. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. Delmer Parmeter in Chateaugay New York.

Dear Visend Delmer, Well I will drop you a few lines to let you know I haven't forgotten you I haven't [?] to write much but I will write later how is everything down there this is our school. Now I guess this will be all so goodby. Kenneth. [sic]
