Description

This black and white postcard features a white two story building mostly obscured from view by trees. The title at the bottom of the card identifies the building as "Lyceum University of Mississippi." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked University, Mississippi February 24, 1909. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Miss Emma [?] in Columbus, Mississippi.

Feb 24th 1909 Do send me a line am rather tired after the rush of las week. All well. Miss Auria and Ellen [???] It has stormed for three days and as yet--no prospect of a change. Wish I could see you. Lots of love, M. G. B. 11.
