Description
This black and white postcard features a path through trees. A building is seen through the trees on the left. The title along the bottom of the card reads "Lovers' Lane --University of Mississippi." An inscription is handwritten along the right edge of the card. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence and address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked Fulton and [?], June 25, 1909. The card is inscribed and is addressed to Mr. Frank Pittman in Roanoke, Virginia.

[front of the postcard] I had the most delightful drive down this way. It was great! [back of the postcard] We will go back to Whitehaven from the Delta Tuesday. Leave Memphis Thursday ad reach Home Friday afternoon at 5-- I'm having just a dandy time. Your letter and card of University of Va. (rah! rah!) came o.k.--Kathleen
