Description

This postcard features a color illustration of the Firs National Bank in McComb, Mississippi, a two story building with arched windows and a turret on the front corner. The bottom floor is primarily glass that wraps from the corner around to the left side of the buildings. People are seen on the sidewalk and horse drawn buggies are seen on the street at the sidewalk in front of the building. The title of the card is printed in two sections with "McComb City, Miss" on the left beneath the image and "First National Bank" printed on the right beneath the image. "Many thanks for the card. Aus soon Hazel" is written at the botton edge of the card. The back of the card is addressed to Mr. Percy Eckler in Van Hornesville, New York. The card is postmarked Richfield Springs, New York, September 23, 1908 and a green, one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner of the card.
