Description
This color postcard features a large naval ship with two pole masts and three funnels/stacks on the open water. A small boat is floating beside the ship and another ship is seen in the distance behind it. The image of an eagle in the center of two crossed United States flags is in the upper left corner. The title in the lower left reads "U. S. S. Brooklyn." Copyright information is in the lower right of the image. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address and postage stamp placement. An image of an eagle carrying a United States flag shield is in the upper left corner of the card.
