Description
This color postcard features a naval ship on the open water with two small boats nearby. The United States flag flies on the stern and a blue flag flies on the bow of the ship. The three funnels in the center are flanked by pole masts. The title in the bottom center of the card reads "U. S. S. Brooklyn." The copyright information is in the bottom right corner. "F. L. 281" is in the lower left corner. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides indication for correspondence, address, and postage stamp placement.
