Description

This black and white postcard features a group of buildings on the edge of the water and peninsulas with boats and pole structures in front. The title along the bottom of the card reads "A14050 Oyster Factories, Pass Christian, Miss." An inscription is written in the white space beneath the image and title. The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for address placement. A green one cent postage stamp is placed in the upper right corner and the card is postmarked twice. The first postmark is Jackson and Gulfport R. P. O., August 30, 1906 and the second postmark is Cincinnati, Ohio September 1, 1906. The card is addressed to Miss Birtha Dalman in Cincinnati, Ohio.
