Description

This color postcard features a two story white house with a brown roof. A porch with white slatted railing runs the length of the front of the house with rocking chairs on either side of the door. A small second story balcony with a pitched roof is in the center of the front facade above the front entrance. Trees stand in front of the house and paved walkway leads to the entrance. The title in the lower left reads "Residence J. C. Hackleman, North Highlands, Columbus, Miss." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard above an illustration of a leaf. The image of a newsboy with "ZIM" is in the upper left corner and the indication for postage stamp placement is in the upper right corner.
