He goes on to say how much he would love to see her and the rest of the family. He continues by discussing the friends he knows he can count on and how he holds his family in higher esteem than friends. The letter is written on McKinney Compress Company stationary. He goes on to talk about his friendship with the Baskin family and though he'd rather be at home with his chickens he knows they are in good hands. He ends by saying that should his farm go belly up, the Baskins would give him a job in their store. The letter is written on B. J. Baskin and Sons General Merchandise stationary. An envelope addressed to Mrs. Annie Ray and postmarked Cameron, Texas, October 2, 1921 is included.

    This 1920 football schedule provides and dates, teams, and locations for the Mississippi A & M College football team. The schedule is visibly wrinkled and shows some stains and other damage. The schedule was sponsored by H. S. Puller, Druggist "dealer in the drug a College Boy Needs."

    In this article from the Bristow Record in Oklahoma, the author describes the home in Washington, D. C. built by B. B. Jones, previously of Bristow, Oklahoma. The article describes the house as one of the show places of the capitol and goes into detail about the structure and furnishings of the home. A note is written across the top of the clipping noting that it was sent from Bristow and the note writer thought Ruth and Annie might enjoy it.

    This meal ticket for the Parker Café on the A & M College campus is valued at five dollars and fifty cents at a cost of five dollars. Several of the price options on the outer edges of the card have e been punched through, indicating how much of the value was used. The meal ticket was assigned to Miss. O. R. Legend.

    This black and white photograph shows two men and a young woman posing on either sided of the General Albert Sidney Johnston monument located in the Shiloh battlefield. The men are wearing black suits and the woman is wearing a black dress. The monument bears a pyramid of 8" shells at each corner of the concrete base and in the center is a 30 pdr. Parrott tube mounted vertically bearing a bronze plaque with the inscription and capped by a 12 pdr. shell. Trees devoid of leaves are pictured behind the monument.

Dodd of Kosciusko, Mississippi as his power of attorney with the authority to oversee and otherwise manage any and all legal matters in Attala and Leake County, Mississippi on Howard's behalf should he be unable to do so on his own. The document was certified by the Vice Consulate of the United States of American in Guadalajara, Mexico on April 27, 1920.

He states the pros and the cons and tells them all the ways he's researched the idea. He goes on to tell them about his grades for the term and asks after other family. There appears to be a page missing from the letter between pages eleven and twelve.

Dodd as the trustee of the deed of trust. The promissory note is included with the deed of trust.
