A building with four columns at the entrance stands next to the church. The title in the upper right corner reads "Presbyterian Church, Vicksburg, Miss., where Cannon Ball struck During the Siege." The back of the postcard identifies the item as a postcard and provides publisher information as well as indication for postage stamp placement. A handwritten inscription covers the entire back.
